Some users were experiencing some problems with the match games on iOS getting into a state where they cannot flip over the tiles and must shut the app down. We have identified the problem and have provided a patch. Please make sure you have the latest update of the application. We apologize for the problems.
Common Problems - FAQ
There is no sound on iPad...
Make sure you have not set the hardware switch on the iPad to turn off sound. It is common to set this and then forget that the switch is turned off. Typicial behavior is movies and music play but the app sounds do not work.
I cannot progress in the story...
Try touching different areas of the screen. Sometimes the touch point may seem to be in an unexepected spot. For example, Alice in Wonderland stories always progress when Alice is touched. You may need to touch her feet or her head.
How do I shutdown an App?
On iOS first click the home button on the device. This returns you to the home screen. Next you can double press the home button at the bottom of the device to display all the running apps. You will see the Miniville Media app icon in the displayed running apps. Press and hold the displayed icon to start the app icons "jiggling". To shut down the app simply tap the red "-" icon on the app and this will shut it down. Finally, click the home button again to stop the apps from "jiggling". To return to the home screen just press the home button again. You can restart the app by selecting it on the home screen... this will relaunch the app.
